The software, as a security measure and reliability, will only trade on week days and during hours of higher liquidity. Besides that, all trades are closed intraday and you won’t have any open trades during the weekend. This way, the software gives you the guarantee that your account won’t have any unpleasant surprise when the markets open on Monday.
Our software will always make trades during week days if the markets are open. We may interrupt for any update needed but we will always try to do these on weekends. Besides this, the software will also stop if you didn’t pay the due commission from the previous month. Please make sure you pay until the end date, otherwise you will see your account paused for several days. Let us know if you don’t have any trades for more than 48h.
